FiP Organisation
FiP is democratically organised with an annually elected Executive carrying out the wishes of the members. The Executive may stand for re-election for a limited number of times before they must stand down.
The AGM is held annually at our Summer meeting. Details of the agenda, proposed resolutions, annual reports and financial statements are circulated in advance of the meeting to all members. Elections of the honorary officers and committee members will also take place.
